But What About Our Arms?

But What About Our Arms?

As I was doing my meditation and body healing this morning, moving the clearing energy down my body, it got stuck right above my arms and did not want to move down them.

So I did some investigating. I had a conversation in my head with my arms and found out why there was an energy blockage there. Turns out- they feel forgotten about with all of the healing work I’ve been doing for myself. And guess what- they are absolutely right!

I’ve been doing a chakra healing program lately and when I was investigating why my arms felt left out, I realized that they were! If you’ve studied energy for even a little while, you most likely know that there are more than just the main seven chakras in our energy centers. However, it seems most general healing practices, while keeping their focus on the main seven, are leaving out the arms. It seems that almost all of the attention is given to the chakras along the central channel of our bodies, and then to our legs, as much attention is given to grounding to the earth and breathing down through our legs and feet. My arms felt as if they were an afterthought, an “extra” hanging out outside of the rest of the central trunk of the body.

As I thought about it, there really hasn’t been an energy healing program I’ve done that focused on, or even really talked about the arms. The arms do so much for us. They do the “heavy lifting” of our lives, they help us eat, reach, climb, hug, and create. Why is it, I wonder, that most of the general energy healing programs forget about them? My arms felt like they didn’t get any of the healing that the rest of my body was getting, and they were absolutely right. I felt bad that I had glossed over them so badly when they were every bit as important and worthy as the rest of my body.

I hadn’t done it on purpose, I was just following the healing programs as they were taught to me all throughout my life. And the healings have been incredible. So many things have been released, shifted, and strengthened through all of the different healing modalities and practitioners I have tried, but my arms were absolutely right, they had gotten the shaft for far too long.

So my question to the universe, and the healing community at large, is “What about our arms?” I promised my arms that I would write this blog to further investigate the dismissal of their worthiness in overall healing protocols, and even just the recognition that they are an important part of our body. They really felt slighted, and they had every reason to feel so.

So what gives? Can this be changed? Can we look at adding in some attention and healing to our arms in the general energetic center healing practices? They do so much for us.

It’s time to start focusing on and recognizing all of the things, people, and concepts that have been left behind for far too long. To integrate our wholeness, we must investigate, recognize, and love all of the things, people, and concepts that have been shunned or pushed to the wayside.

Energy

Energy

What if all of the turbulent weather we’ve been experiencing is a reflection of our collective turbulent thoughts and feelings?

Does that seem crazy?

If so, I ask you to kindly consider the reverse…

Everyone agrees that the moon affects the tides and our bodies are mostly water… therefore, the phases of the moon also affect us.

My point? EVERYTHING is connected, and EVERYTHING is made up of energy that can be manipulated in some way either by the thing itself, or by someone or something else.

I caught a portion of a Zoom yesterday with a quantum physicist and in the comments, someone mentioned the idea that perhaps the wild weather we’ve been getting is really just a reflection of our unsettled collective energy.

There is so much being purged in the human race, the earth, and everything on it at this time, that I can definitely see that being a possibility.

Today I took it even further and considered this…I have numerous afflictions from years of chronic stress (even being an avid meditator and personal growth guru – there has been a lot going on for me personally the last few years, and many different types of stress have been present- even energetic stress from certain environments).

Everyone knows that stress can turn into malfunctions in the body system. But have we considered that it’s energy that makes this so (remember qi and mana)?

If personal stress (an imbalance in our personal energy) can cause disruption in our individual body systems, doesn’t it make sense that collective stress can manifest in turbulent weather patterns (which are also fueled by energy)?

I’m not blaming or shaming anyone here, but rather want to continue to bring awareness to why I advocate that it is our duty as humans “be-ing,” to be responsible with our energy. Just because we don’t understand it or weren’t taught that it matters, doesn’t make it any less true that our energy affects not only us, but everyone and everything around us.

You start going through a bunch of things personally, and all of a sudden, you’re guided to write a book on what you were only just beginning to piece together from different periods of your life. After that, get ready for the ride because you will end up going through a whole lot more to make sure you really understand what you didn’t even realize you were going to be writing/teaching about. The universe just wants to make sure you are fully embodied in the subject! :O
